No, this is not me in sculpted form. Though he is rather a handsome fellow.

Rather, this is one of many human heads which decorate the corbels and label stops on the splendid Rochester Cathedral.

Jacob Scott, Director at the Rochester Cathedral Research Guild, is a wizard at 3D modelling (I have no real idea what that means) which allows you and me to take a very close-up look at the wonderful architectural detail at the cathedral, without climbing ladders and scaffolding.
